Noel is an Award Winning Painter some of her Awards are Inning the Mackinsc Island Lilac Poster Award 4 times, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2010. Her Rooster Painting was on the Keys Cultural Magazine Cover plus she has several Poster Awards including Grand Rapids Celebration on the Grand, Pigeon Key Fine Arts Festival & Islamarada Island Fest Poster Award 2015.

Noel loves painting & feels blessed to be an artist. Using pure color on location capturing the smiles of children, the thunder of racing horses at the Kentucky Derby or the vibrant hues of a sunset like on a sail boat ride. While standing on the edge of Grand Canyons Southern Rim, Noel "captures the moment". “Come Watch Noel Paint”by her Bay Side Studio in back of the Bay View Inn on the streets of Mackinac Island or painting to music on Mallory Square Key West, or at art shows, festivals, concerts, church services, and at special events.
Key West is another location and throughout the Florida Keys Noel spends time painting by one of the 42 bridges Or at the beach standing in the ocean or doing shows. Noel travels the USA & is global paint and working with children on mission trips & orphanages has been a focus.
In the summer Noel is often found painting plen-air around Mackinac Island or in her studio on the waterfront located in the historic Bay View Bed & Breakfast, just minutes from being dropped off by ferry. If Noel is not on the island, the hand written note found on her gallery door will tell her whereabouts maybe at a special event or show or just on the dock capturing the harbor.
